This report presents the reliability and qualification results for the SN54SC8T138-SEP device, radiation tolerant 3-line to 8-line decoder/demultiplexer with logic level shifter in SEP (Space Enhanced Plastic). The SN54SC8T138-SEP device is manufactured with a controlled baseline and has the following:

• One assembly and test site
• Product traceability
• An extended product life cycle
