This report presents the reliability and qualification results for the SN54SC8T139-SEP device, radiation tolerant dual 2 to 4-bit decoders/demultiplexersr in SEP (Space Enhanced Plastic). The SN54SC8T139-SEP device is manufactured with a controlled baseline and has the following:

• An extended product life cycle
