1 Abstract

This report presents the reliability and qualification results for the LMK04832-SEP radiation-tolerant ultra-low-noise JESD204B and JESD204C dual-loop clock jitter cleaner in Space Enhanced Plastic (SEP). The LMK04832-SEP is manufactured with a controlled baseline that has the following:
  • An extended product life cycle
  • One assembly and test site
  • Product traceability
  • Extended product-change notification
  • Radiation lot acceptance testing
