The 4-port s-parameter files included in this archieve reflect the frequency-domain behavior of the ONET1151M for six different signal path settings.
Common conditions for all are a nominal process, 40degC, 3.3V supply and an adjusted single-ended output amplitude of 1.2Vpp.

1. ONET1151M_EQoff_PKmin_1v2.s4p
S-parameters to model the bahavior of the ONET1151M when the input equalizer is turned off and minimum output pre-emphasis is set.

2. ONET1151M_EQlow_PKmin_1v2.s4p
S-parameters to model the bahavior of the ONET1151M when the input equalizer is set to a low compensation and minimum output pre-emphasis is set.

3. ONET1151M_EQmax_PKmin_1v2.s4p
S-parameters to model the bahavior of the ONET1151M when the input equalizer is set to maximum compensation and minimum output pre-emphasis is set.

4. ONET1151M_EQoff_PKmax_1v2.s4p
