Overview
The ADS9227 evaluation module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the performance of the ADS9227 device, a 2-channel, 16-bit 5MSPS per channel SAR ADC with integrated ADC driver and voltage reference. The ADS9227EVM includes the two unique signal chain proposals which customers can use to evaluate the ADS9227 performance depending on input signal amplitude and frequency. The EVM uses a standard FMC connector to interface with the TSWDC155EVM (sold separately) or other FPGA development boards. Computer software that works with the TSWDC155EVM enables the user to communicate with the ADC over USB, capture ADC conversion data and perform data analysis.
Features
- ADS9227EVM has the hardware required for diagnostic testing and accurate performance evaluation of the ADS9227
- Easy-to-use evaluation software for Windows 10 64-bit operating systems; software suite includes graphical tools for data capture, histogram analysis, spectral analysis and linearity measurements
- Software for communications is facilitated with TSWDC155EVM data capture card (sold separately)
