EZURI-3P-CARBONAM62L
Overview
The CarbonAM62L OSM-SF family is powered by Texas Instruments' AM62L processor family, TPS652194 PMIC, Ezurio's Sona™ TI351 Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth wireless modules, LPDDR4 RAM, and eMMC storage.
Designed for scalable performance, the CarbonAM62L combines a dual-core Cortex-A53 subsystem with rich display support and high-speed connectivity options, including USB and Gigabit Ethernet. Optional Sona wireless modules provide Wi-Fi and Bluetooth flexibility to match your application requirements, while a broad set of industrial interfaces enables seamless integration into complex systems. The compact 30mm x 30mm OSM-SF form factor supports multiple processor, memory, and wireless configurations on a single carrier design, helping streamline development today and simplify future upgrades.
