Overview

The TAS5720A-Q1EVM features the TAS5720A-Q1 digital input closed-loop automotive Class-D audio amplifier. The EVM is used in conjunction with the PurePath Console Motherboard (PPCMB). It is populated with a TAS5720A-Q1 device which allows operation from power supply voltages from 4.5V to 26.4V. The TAS5720A-Q1EVM can only be operated in mono PBTL mode. The PVDD supply is provided via the TAS5720A-Q1EVM and is regulated to 5 VDC and 3.3 VDC on the PPCMB. The PPCMB provides the I2S, I2C, and 3.3 VDC to the TAS5720A-Q1EVM.
