Featuring both basic and reinforced isolated switches and drivers, TI's SSRs offer a total solution alternative to electro-mechanical and optical relays via industry-leading capacitive and magnetic isolation technology. TI's best-in-class SSRs convert low-power inputs into high-current gate drives for internal or external power switches (MOSFET, SiC, or IGBT). With integrated features like avalanche current protection, dual isolated comparators, and self-generated secondary bias supply, TI's SSRs achieve higher system reliability without the need for an external isolated power supply. These devices reduce both system size and cost while meeting creepage and clearance requirements.
