Overview

The DLP® Pico™ Display and Light Control API (DLPC-API) is an API (application programming interface) intended to control the DLPC34xx chipset. The DLPC34xx chipset is composed of the DLPC34xx controller, an associated DMD, and an associated PMIC. The API only explicitly supports the DMDs and controllers mentioned in the HTML documentation files; however, the API will have some level of compatibility with all DLPC34xx controllers.

Release Information

Version 1.12 introduces significant improvements to dual-controller pattern support and enhanced functionality across multiple DLPC34XX platforms. This release adds support for separate single-controller pattern operation and improves East/West flipping behavior for DLP4710 dual-controller configurations. Additionally, a new PatternEntryIndex field has been added to pattern order table entries to improve pattern management and indexing within the API. This release also includes multiple bug fixes addressing pattern display behavior in single-controller mode as well as corrections to East/West and North/South flip logic.
