Overview
The Verdin AM62P is an extension of the existing Verdin AM62 System on Module (SoM), designed for high-performance embedded 3D display applications, delivering up to 50 GFLOPS of graphical performance. With scalable Arm Cortex-A53 cores, multi-screen high-definition display support, 3D-graphics acceleration, 4K video acceleration, and extensive peripherals, the Verdin AM62P is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
The SoM offers a broad selection of interfaces, including GPIOs, I2C, SPI, USB, CAN FD, UART, along with MIPI DSI display and CSI camera interfaces. It also features a Gigabit Ethernet PHY with IEEE1588 support, plus a second Ethernet MAC with an RGMII interface for adding a second Gigabit Ethernet PHY on the carrier board, enabling dual Ethernet applications.
Targeting industries such as industrial automation, medical, transportation, and test and measurement, the Verdin AM62P is a versatile solution with advanced multimedia capabilities and robust connectivity.

Thank you for your interest in the AM62P MCU PLUS Software Development Kit (SDK). This software accelerates application development schedules by eliminating the need to create basic system software functions from scratch.
- The SDK includes a real-time multitasking kernel, examples and drivers.
- The exact content of the SDK depends on the capabilities of the device, but all devices share common APIs and build on existing proven software components to ensure reliability and quality.
- The software components are fully tested to ensure that they work together with TI’s Code Composer Studio integrated development environment.
