The LM1117-Q1 is an
AEC-Q100 qualified linear voltage regulator for automotive applications. The device provides
improved performance compared to traditional x1117 regulators, with tighter output accuracy
and low quiescent current (IQ) to minimize standby power consumption.
The LM1117-Q1 input
voltage range is from 2.5V to 18V (20V absolute maximum). The device is available in 1.2V,
3.3V, 5V, and 12V fixed output voltages.
