The TPS7H1301 and TPS7H1302 are charge
pump positive-to-negative voltage inverters with an integrated negative low dropout
regulator (LDO). Both devices accept a positive input supply voltage range of 3V to

The TPS7H1301 features a 500kHz
(typical) charge pump switching frequency and provides adjustable output voltage
regulation. Its STAB pin enables direct access to the negative LDO error amplifier
