概述

DRV8317 是一款适用于电机驱动应用的 4.5V 至 20V、5A 峰值集成式三相 FET 驱动器 IC。它提供三个集成式半桥，能够直接驱动三相无刷直流电机。DRV8317 集成了多个控制接口选项、低侧集成式电流检测电阻器和检测放大器、一个 3.3V 80mA 低压降稳压器以及各种保护和控制功能。
