The TPS65223-Q1 device meets the power management requirements of the latest processors and platforms in various safety-relevant applications. The device is characterized across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making the PMIC an excellent choice for various automotive applications. The device has four step-down DC/DC (BUCK) converters. Furthermore, the device has three low drop-out (LDO) regulators, which can also be used as load-switches.
