The INA151 is a precision difference amplifier with an input common-mode voltage range of up to 110V above negative supply (recommended). The INA151 can accurately measure voltages in the presence of high common-mode voltage with a high common-mode rejection ratio of 125dB minimum and input impedance of >1.4MΩ and an offset voltage drift of 0.6µV/ºC for gain of 1V/V.

The INA151 is offered in gain options of 1V/V (INA151A), 2/3V/V (INA151B), ½ V/V (INA151C) and 1/4V/V ( INA151D).

The INA151 has an Enable/Disable (EN) pin that provide a high-impedance output to allow stacking multiple INA151 on the outputs. In many applications this reduces the need for an input multiplexer.

The INA151 is offered in standard 8-pin packages such as SOT-23.
